Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical and empathetic individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing technology, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health concerns. Our client base seeks effective and courteous support and is motivated to improve their mental well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Firm compliance with state licenses, including either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation.

• Ability and readiness to practice independently without supervision; provisional or limited licenses are not eligible.

• Strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient with modern technology and digital tools necessary for efficient telehealth practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your work hours and experience level. Additionally, we provide an attractive sign-on bonus to new team members, weekly direct deposit for your convenience, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time positions.
