Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions to address mental health needs under the supervision of nursing staff.

• Document patient interactions and treatment progress with precision, ensuring compliance with departmental standards for record-keeping.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily support individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our diverse patient population includes adults and families from various backgrounds, each requiring personalized approaches to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) issued by the state board, with provisional licenses not being accepted.

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience working in mental health or clinical settings.

• Demonstrated ability to make informed professional evaluations and recommendations tailored to individual treatment needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good understanding of therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
