Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with clients through video chat to help enhance their emotional and mental well-being.

• Encouraging clients to openly share their thoughts and feelings, while providing an empathetic space for exploration and reflection.

• Serving as a client advocate, guiding them in defining and attaining their personal therapy goals.

• Assessing clients' mental health conditions and collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans rooted in solutions-focused methodologies.

• Utilizing a dedicated counseling platform for managing sessions, notes, and client communication efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work exclusively with carefully vetted clients who are deemed stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. Our rigorous screening process ensures that the clients matched with you are best suited for your specific areas of expertise and demographic preferences, allowing you to focus on providing quality care without the complexities of severe mental health cases.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure by the state board in good standing, allowing for independent practice without supervision. Acceptable credentials include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No disciplinary actions or restrictions on your license.

• Proficiency in digital communications and experience using teletherapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, we prefer candidates with experience using teletherapy platforms and a demonstrated ability to cultivate therapeutic relationships with clients. Familiarity with solution-focused methods and a commitment to continuous learning are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Benefits include:
