Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a spectrum of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to meet individual client needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular meetings to discuss client progress and integrate diverse insights into care plans.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance treatment quality, sharing knowledge and experiences that inform best practices.

• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing information on mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and relevant community resources.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research, integrating new findings and methodologies into clinical practice to ensure clients receive the best care available.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
