Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Deliver clinical services to clients through virtual sessions, utilizing telehealth technologies.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust plans as necessary to enhance client outcomes.

• Assist clients in creating and monitoring their Individual Service Plans, providing guidance and support.
\n
• Engage clients through skill-building activities, focusing on coping skills, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication.

• Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access to these services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans while adhering to client confidentiality policies.

• Facilitate the development of daily living skills, leisure interests, and behavioral management techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients aged 18 and older who face challenges in maintaining stability and independence due to mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience in this population, helping them navigate their mental health concerns while advocating for their needs within the broader community.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision.
\n
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate effective communication and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, including a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Compensation and Benefits\n
