Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license, including any of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that limited/provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong capability to perform professional assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and address their individual needs empathetically.
\n
• Proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records, to ensure smooth client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Experience with telehealth and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents in client care.
