This position is fully remote, allowing our counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes or chosen workspaces. Using our integrated Simple Practice platform, counselors will conduct appointments via secure video conferencing and messaging. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Intercare Health Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and couples seeking support for various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is preferred

• Proven experience in treatment planning and mental health counseling

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting virtual appointments

• Understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in remote or telehealth settings
