Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based practices and agency guidelines.

• Deliver clinical services—including individual, group, and family therapy—focusing on culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches.

• Ensure compliance with all billing expectations as per agency requirements, maintaining accurate documentation to reflect services provided.

• Engage in regular case consultation and collaboration with treatment teams, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to care for clients and their families.

• Participate in on-call rotations, responding to after-hours crises or urgent support requirements as dictated by program needs and client situations.

• Actively coordinate care with external providers, schools, and community resources to enhance client support networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at our clinic, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele ranging from newborns to older adults. You will address a wide array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to foster therapeutic relationships will be crucial in helping clients navigate their challenges and promote sustainable healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current and active licensure as a Social Worker (LSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Prior experience in either community health or clinical settings working with diverse and underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually , dependent on caseload and experience.
