Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms to address a wide range of behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Develop personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client while regularly reviewing and updating these plans based on client progress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic care and establish a robust support system for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, utilizing our electronic health record systems to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

• Stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques in mental health, attending training and workshops to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year based on your caseload and experience.
