Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.

• Deliver counseling sessions through secure video conferencing technology, ensuring a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities while actively engaging clients in discussions about their mental health and progress.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to manage a high caseload effectively, ensuring all client interactions are documented in compliance with clinic policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on multidisciplinary approaches to treatment.

• Stay updated on best practices in mental health and telehealth services by attending professional development workshops and obtaining continuing education credits as required by licensing bodies.

• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and protocols of Inward Healing Mental Health Services, supporting a culture of accountability and integrity.

• Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization and client population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role predominantly focuses on young individuals, including children and adolescents, who may be experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Counselors will work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, and familial conflicts, often supporting them through critical transitional periods in their lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must hold an active clinical license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of mental health challenges affecting youth, with a keen ability to engage and motivate adolescent clients towards positive outcomes.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathetic engagement.
\n
• Basic proficiency in using various technology platforms for telehealth services and electronic health records (EHR).

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health or clinical setting providing telehealth services is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage high caseloads while maintaining quality of care.

• Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution specific to youth counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, based on the counselor's caseload and experience.
