Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide remote mental health care to clients through structured evidence-based programs that promote behavioral change.

• Monitor client progress diligently, facilitating follow-up communications, coordinating care recommendations, and maintaining thorough documentation of session notes.

• Participate actively as a member of the care team, helping clients navigate available resources and supporting them in obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms.

• Identify and manage high-risk situations with clients, adhering strictly to company protocols for ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Engage in regular meetings with supervisors and participate in monthly team discussions and Town Halls to facilitate collaborative problem-solving and innovation.

• Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate and secure client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients facing various psychological challenges. Your role will involve using your expertise in behavioral health to help clients build actionable coping skills and foster healthy, long-term habits. By focusing on structured behavioral therapies, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients towards improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Ability to commit to a consistent full-time schedule, providing 40 hours of direct patient care each week, ideally from Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting psychotherapy with methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused therapeutic approaches is highly desirable.
