Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on serving a varied population, including adults, adolescents, and couples experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges. Our clients come from different backgrounds and have unique stories that require a therapist who is not only skilled but also culturally competent and sensitive to their individual circumstances. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their paths to recovery, providing empathy and support throughout.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
