The position is fully remote, enabling you to deliver therapy through our telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients, assisting them in managing stress, enhancing relaxation, and supporting their overall mental well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' unique stressors and mental health challenges, thereby crafting personalized mindfulness-based treatment plans.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques aimed at enhancing self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate and lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, directly addressing each client's specific mental health needs.

• Collaborate with your colleagues, including therapists and healthcare professionals, to integrate mindfulness into a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
