Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services by developing and implementing individualized, person-centered treatment plans that promote recovery and wellness.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client's treatment needs, continually updating plans based on their progress.

• Assist clients in crafting and monitoring individualized service plans that address their unique challenges and aspirations.

• Facilitate the development of coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques through tailored therapy sessions.

• Educate clients about available community resources and serve as a dedicated advocate, ensuring they are connected to necessary support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on helping adults navigate mental health issues that impair their ability to engage with their community and pursue fulfilling lives. This includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your therapeutic approach will center around fostering a strong therapeutic alliance and empowering clients through skill development in daily living and crisis management.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent credentials.

• Capability to practice independently without supervision, indicative of confidence in your clinical judgment.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions against your license will be required for eligibility.

Compensation and Benefits\n
