Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright Health Psychotherapy, you will take on a range of important responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to establish a thorough understanding of each client's needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that include graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Documenting assessments, treatment interventions, and interdisciplinary care plans meticulously to ensure effective communication among team members during patient rounds and meetings.

• Providing case management support by collaborating with healthcare professionals and community organizations to create comprehensive care strategies.

• Ethically and efficiently completing documentation, adhering to departmental standards and timely submissions.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to enhance therapeutic outcomes and assist clients in achieving their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits\n
