Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health conditions through interviews, assessments, and diagnostic tests.

• Design individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based approaches and set measurable goals for each client.
\n
• Engage in regular one-on-one sessions and group therapy, teaching coping strategies, resilience skills, and fostering personal growth.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on client responses and feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment, making referrals as necessary.

• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client care strategies and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with clients facing a range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. Your ability to provide culturally competent care and utilize inclusive therapeutic techniques will be vital for effectively addressing the diverse needs of our clients, ensuring that they feel understood and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania is required.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling with a demonstrated ability to work with a variety of mental health conditions.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and various therapeutic modalities, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, with sensitivity towards cultural differences and inclusive practices.

• Proficient in the use of EHR systems and other digital tools that enhance treatment documentation and client management.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build strong rapport with clients and their families.

• Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining confidentiality in line with professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
