Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you to work in a flexible and comfortable environment while still being an integral part of our outpatient team. Your working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you the weekends to recharge. You will have access to various digital tools and platforms for effective communication and collaboration with both clients and other team members. This remote setting promotes a work-life balance while ensuring that you are fully supported by our administrative and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will include:

• Providing individualized counseling sessions that address the unique needs and goals of clients.

• Networking with healthcare providers and care teams to comprehensively evaluate and monitor clients' progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies as needed.

• Ensuring thorough and compliant documentation of all counseling services, meeting legal and ethical standards.

• Developing personalized care plans that include follow-up strategies, resources, and interventions.

• Engaging in community events and outreach activities to build meaningful connections and enhance client trust and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals of various ages and backgrounds who are facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Though not mandatory, experience working with specific populations such as couples, families, or individuals with chronic mental health conditions is highly desirable. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy, will be beneficial.
