Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily activities will revolve around the following key responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based clinical services and develop tailored, recovery-oriented treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Continuously assess and monitor clients’ treatment progress through regular evaluations and adjustments to their care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your role will be on clients aged 18 and above who are grappling with mental health issues that hinder their ability to maintain stability and independence in their community. You will work with diverse populations, tailoring your therapeutic approach to accommodate varying backgrounds and needs, emphasizing the importance of a culturally sensitive and inclusive practice.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure, with one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• The ability to practice independently without supervision.

• A clean disciplinary record regarding your licensure and a history of providing direct clinical services to clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate and empathetic disposition.

• Proficiency in digital tools, a reliable computer, and a stable Wi-Fi connection for efficient remote work.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient mental health settings is highly valued. Candidates with a background in skill-building activities, family therapy, and community resource navigation will be preferred.
