Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing tools and telephone, focusing on a range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and challenges with executive functioning.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are evidence-based and outcome-oriented.

• Maintain consistent documentation of client progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes in compliance with state and organizational standards.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care efforts for shared clients.

• Stay informed about best practices and the latest research in mental health treatments and methodologies to continually enhance client care.

• Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to refine skills and improve service delivery.

You'll work with individuals facing various challenges, from acute mental health crises to long-term mental health management. A deep understanding of the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of clients will assist you in delivering tailored support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is essential to practice.

• Demonstrated clinical skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client populations.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for productive client interactions and team collaboration.

• Must not have a history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third-party background check.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
