Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to document each client's mental, emotional, and behavioral health status from intake through discharge.

• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that outline intervention strategies for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive environment for sharing experiences and growth.

• Regularly monitor and track client progress, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

• Maintain clear communication with referring providers and attend to follow-ups for clients admitted to inpatient facilities.

• Identify potential barriers to recovery and employ proactive strategies to address and mitigate these challenges.

• Support family members and caregivers in understanding and addressing the mental health needs of their loved ones.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Delmont Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
