As a member of the Mercy Mental Health Services team, you will be integrated into a collaborative outpatient office model, utilizing digital tools for assessments, therapy sessions, and inter-team communication.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client interviews and comprehensive assessments to establish trust and rapport.

• Consistently evaluate clients by gathering and analyzing bio-psychosocial information from diverse sources, including family, peers, and community referrals, to create holistic treatment plans.

• Demonstrate expertise in current chemical dependency practices, adjusting approaches based on evidence-based methodologies and best practices.

• Utilize knowledge of various treatment modalities and drug treatment facilities, ensuring clients are informed about their options for recovery.

• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for working with a diverse patient demographic, adapting strategies to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

You will primarily work with individuals facing challenges related to chemical dependency, mental health disorder, or co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Services, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a current and valid Washington State licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT).

• A proven record of remaining drug-free and demonstrating professionalism while employed as a therapist is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in therapeutic settings with a focus on mental health and addictions is preferred.
