This full-time position is primarily remote but involves working within our outpatient office when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders, identifying their specific needs and recovery goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to facilitate change.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on individuals dealing with substance use disorders, many of whom may also be navigating co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders and effective evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Prior experience in delivering both individual and group therapy focused on addiction treatment contexts.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, empathize, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and patient confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
