Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing comprehensive tools and methodologies to accurately identify co-occurring disorders and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment strategies that reflect each client’s unique mental health needs and recovery goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing addiction-related issues, trauma, and other underlying mental health concerns, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
