This full-time position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver essential mental health counseling from the convenience of your own home while engaging through our Community Health Clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a clear understanding of their unique needs.

• Offer individualized and family therapy sessions that are tailored to specific concerns, utilizing contemporary therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Complete necessary documentation including billing and insurance authorization forms accurately and promptly, adhering to our comprehensive practices for accountability.

• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to guide clients in maintaining their stability and overall functioning.

• Create and implement discharge plans that outline ongoing support strategies post-therapy, ensuring continued progress for clients.

• Stay compliant with federal and state regulations as well as our internal policies, ensuring that all counseling practices align with current standards.

• Invest in your professional growth by participating in regular training sessions and continuing education to refine your skills and competencies in mental health counseling.

• Engage collaboratively in case consultation meetings to share insights and support fellow team members in delivering exceptional care.

• Complete all required licensure renewals and mandatory training to maintain a high level of professional competence.

You will primarily work with diverse populations who may be facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or another related degree that leads to licensure is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Illinois is necessary to provide therapy in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with licensure and relevant experience.
