Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, including psychological evaluations and history intakes.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques depending on client requirements.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring their progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring clients have access to care that suits their situations, including those with accessibility constraints.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, supporting clinical effectiveness and accountability.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including supervision, peer review, and attending workshops or conferences to stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n
