Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking tools for stress reduction, relaxation, and overall well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify each client’s specific stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to best meet their needs.

• Guide individuals through various mindfulness exercises, such as meditation, breathing techniques, and guided imagery, to foster self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops and classes aimed at enhancing mindfulness practices, teaching stress management techniques, and fostering resilience among participants.

• Incorporate mindfulness practices into one-on-one therapy sessions to effectively address diverse mental health concerns while supporting clients’ growth on their healing journeys.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to integrate mindfulness practices into a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions utilized, and treatment plans as per clinic requirements.

• Participate in ongoing personal mindfulness practice and professional development to deepen knowledge and skills specifically in MBSR and other mindfulness methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• Annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
