Peace, Mind and Life Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to join our dynamic team. This role provides critical mental health assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and crisis intervention services primarily to adult patients and their families. Work Environment\n

This role is largely remote, allowing flexibility in your work setting, but will also include requirements for occasional in-office meetings at our outpatient facility in Roseville. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to create individualized treatment plans that reflect the client's unique needs and goals.

• Prepare and maintain accurate case documentation, including intake summaries, treatment plans, and ongoing confidential records, ensuring compliance with state and NCQA regulations.
\n
• Provide direct outpatient psychotherapy services including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical and psychiatric professionals, to ensure holistic care and effective treatment integration for patients needing psychotropic medications.
\n
• Engage with clients’ families, offering guidance on how to support treatment, manage crises, and increase treatment adherence while respecting confidentiality and family dynamics.
\n
• Utilize community resources to make appropriate referrals for additional support services, integrating broader treatment options for clients.
\n
• Participate in departmental program development and evaluation, contributing your clinical insights to improve service delivery.
\n
• May supervise and mentor Associate level clinicians or Post Masters Fellows, fostering a culture of professional development within the organization.
\n
• Educate clients on therapeutic regimens, addressing adherence to prescribed medication and interventions.
\n
• Engage in on-call rotation duties to provide timely crisis intervention when necessary.

You will be working with a diverse clientele in the Roseville area, including adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Currently holds licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required upon hire to facilitate billing and insurance processes.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a mental health counselor working with diverse populations.

• Experience in conducting intake assessments and crafting treatment plans.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health records systems.
\n
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position ranges from $80,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
