Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial consultations to understand each client’s specific needs and challenges.

• Provide teletherapy sessions using secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tools, and maintain flexibility to accommodate client schedules.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Psychologist (PsyD) in California.

Preferred Experience\n
