Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing to individual adult clients, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatric providers, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures during sessions to monitor progress and tailor treatment strategies effectively.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and follow-up actions in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss best practices, share insights, and receive supervision and support as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and have their own unique stories, providing an enriching experience for counselors eager to facilitate change. You will play a crucial part in helping clients discover their strengths and overcome obstacles through personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.
\n
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: We are unable to accept interns or those requiring supervision for independent practice.

• Demonstrated ability to manage client scheduling and case management independently while exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Clean license history devoid of any disciplinary actions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, encompassing familiarity with teletherapy practices and utilizing EHR systems.

• Experience treating trauma-informed care and working with diverse adult populations will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend to support your wellness needs. Counselors can also take advantage of free access to our platform’s services as a client while remaining an active counselor, ensuring that you can prioritize your mental health.
