Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, providing empathetic and effective mental health support tailored to their unique needs.

• Assist clients in identifying personal challenges, establishing actionable goals, and developing coping strategies to navigate life's stressors.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic methodologies to facilitate improvements in clients' mental health.

• Document and track client progress, maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Foster and maintain a strong professional relationship with clients, providing a safe space for them to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and stakeholders as necessary to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
