Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to address diverse client needs.

• Lead and facilitate supportive group therapy sessions and discussions, offering your expertise in a collaborative setting.

• Maintain empathetic engagement with clients, building trust and ensuring their voices are heard throughout the treatment process.

• Encourage the integration of community recovery support options such as AA and Smart Recovery into individual treatment plans, aligning with our harm-reduction model.

• Minimize administrative workload through our dedicated admin support team, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and obtain CEU credits annually, with costs covered by Valley Healing.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of New York is mandatory.

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually .
