Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to gain insights into each client's mental health status, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are responsive to the unique challenges, goals, and backgrounds of clients, integrating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy formats, focusing on issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship dynamics and trauma recovery.

• Maintain meticulous client records, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical standards while ensuring documentation is completed timely and accurately.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health interventions, participating in ongoing training and supervision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Foundational Healthcare Solutions, you will serve a varied client population, including individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and of all ages. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
