Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions, primarily focused on addressing chronic pain and its emotional as well as psychological implications.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to design and implement integrated treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs.

• Guide patients in taking an active role in their treatment by encouraging self-advocacy and participation in their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adults experiencing chronic pain. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy is required.
