Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses aligned with DSM-5 criteria.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' specific needs and goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, effectively utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety.

• Maintain complete and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings with adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and share client insights for improved outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and community resources, advocating for their needs and rights at every opportunity.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to new hires.
