Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and techniques as appropriate.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, offering immediate support and safety planning as needed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring precision in progress notes and treatment documentation.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health practitioners, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure well-rounded and effective treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
