Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Set realistic therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor and evaluate their progress to ensure positive outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services, accommodating clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents facing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. Qualifications\n

• Valid and current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in areas such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
