Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, mental health histories, and treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Glen Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, PTSD, and relational problems. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.

• A genuine empathy and non-judgmental attitude toward client experiences and needs.

• Ability to manage time efficiently, accompanied by strong organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly preferred.

• Previous clinical experience in a private practice, outpatient office, or community mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, along with a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 for new licensed therapists. Additional benefits include:
