Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to evaluate mental health and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address specific client needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during patient rounds to discuss treatment plans and interventions to enhance patient care.

• Manage case assignments effectively, coordinating with community professionals and resources to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes according to departmental standards.

Qualifications\n
