Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that address clients' unique situations.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, utilizing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to support client growth.

• Establish and routinely monitor therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect client progress and feedback.

• Provide teletherapy services, accommodating clients facing accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual appointments.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who present with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and situational crises. Your role will be crucial in equipping clients with the tools and strategies they need to achieve optimal mental health and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills conducive to building trustful therapeutic relationships.

• Exhibit empathy and a non-judgmental approach in your counseling practice.

• Possess strong organizational abilities and adept time-management skills that facilitate effective client case management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation package offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your caseload and clinical experience. In addition to this base salary, we provide:
