Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a fully remote work experience, permitting you to conduct therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform. You will have the flexibility to manage your time while adhering to a structured schedule, engaging with clients Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our telehealth setup is designed to mirror in-person interactions, ensuring both therapist and client feel connected and supported during their sessions. Additionally, you will receive ongoing support and supervision from our experienced clinical team, enabling you to provide optimal care remotely.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual goals.

• Lead therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster client growth.

• Keep accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other medical and mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, helping clients navigate acute mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy tools, enhancing the remote therapeutic experience for clients.
