Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to understand their mental health needs, utilizing our platform for scheduling and documentation.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that leverage your clinical expertise and cater to individual client goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on low-acuity adult clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, ADHD, OCD, and those requiring grief counseling. Our platform is designed to ensure that all referrals are from a stable patient demographic, allowing you to concentrate on providing meaningful support without the added challenge of severe mental health cases or pediatric clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a valid and unrestricted LPCC license in California, without any disciplinary actions.

• A reliable internet connection is essential, as well as a working phone and PC or laptop for facilitating telehealth sessions.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling will be advantageous but is not mandated.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your compensation will range from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
