Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new and returning clients, identifying mental health needs and creating personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique preferences and goals.

• Implement and actively monitor treatment plans, adjusting interventions and goals based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.

• Engage clients through individual and group therapy formats, focusing on building a strong therapeutic alliance and promoting client self-efficacy.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based techniques tailored to individual client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Ensure precise record-keeping of client sessions, adhering to legal and ethical standards by submitting documentation within 24 to 48 hours of each session.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to deliver a holistic approach to patient care.

• Commit to ongoing learning by attending relevant training sessions, workshops, and webinars to stay current on mental health research and best practices.

You will be working with a diverse population that includes individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Your clients may be navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license in the state of California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

Compensation and Benefits\n
