Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand each client's unique situation and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, integrating their specific goals and cultural considerations.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT)—in diverse formats including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate and effective support is accessible.

• Document clinical notes meticulously, create treatment plans, and maintain discharge summaries compliant with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Educate clients and their families about their mental health conditions, equipping them with essential knowledge and strategies for effective management.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive care tailored to the client’s needs.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome evaluations and adjust plans as necessary to promote optimal recovery.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and independently managing a caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n
