Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess client needs and document progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Develop personalized intervention and recovery plans tailored to the individual, couple, family, or group dynamics to foster healing and growth.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that motivate clients to explore their emotions and develop coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW in California.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with the guidelines and best practices advocated by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Knowledge of pharmacology and the impact of medication prescribed by medical professionals relevant to mental health treatment.
