Work Environment\n

This role provides the flexibility of a remote working environment, leveraging telehealth technologies to connect with clients across Springfield, Illinois, and beyond. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the latest communication tools to facilitate effective therapy sessions, making mental health care accessible wherever our clients are located. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) strategies, to clients seeking to reduce stress and enhance their overall well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately identify each client's individual stressors and goals, forming the foundation for customized mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to empower clients in cultivating self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Lead engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Integrate mindfulness into individual therapy sessions, directly addressing mental health concerns while promoting holistic personal growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive treatment plan for each client.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress, treatment interventions, and adaptations to therapy plans as needed to reflect their evolving health status.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate mindfulness practices into therapeutic interventions effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a calming therapeutic environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
