Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, to deliver individualized therapy to clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing acute mental health distress, ensuring timely and effective responses to emergencies.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to create an integrated care experience for clients, coordinating treatment approaches for optimal outcomes.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and resources available to underserved populations.

Your work will directly impact a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) to practice in the state of Illinois.

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting therapeutic relationships.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, ensuring equitable access and tailored responses to a diverse set of clients.

• Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate client records and documentation in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred. Experience with telehealth platforms and an understanding of virtual therapy best practices will be beneficial. Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches, as well as community mental health initiatives, will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
