Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and closely monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients, ensuring accessibility for those unable to meet in person due to geographical, financial, or physical constraints.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards as well as state regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops, seminars, and peer supervision, to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Your approach will adapt to meet the specific needs of each client, fostering a safe and empowering therapeutic relationship focused on healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following designations: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.

• An empathetic and compassionate nature, with a non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with or specific training in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Prior experience in telehealth services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation in the range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, reflective of your caseload and experience. Our benefits include:
