Work Environment\n

In our remote community health clinic setting, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Flexibility may be needed, as some evening hours on a rotating basis may be required based on client appointment needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients navigating the complexities of dual diagnoses, which require a sensitive and informed approach. Our patients often experience significant challenges due to the interplay of their mental health issues and substance misuse, making the role of a mental health counselor critical in paving the way for their recovery journeys. Qualifications\n

  A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required, with accreditation from a recognized institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, complemented by a potential sign-on bonus.
