This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account the influence of co-occurring medical conditions on mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals presenting with co-occurring mental health and medical challenges, including but not limited to chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Your role will be central to helping these patients navigate their complexities while working towards improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.
\n
• Proven ability to address mental health issues in individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
\n
• Prior experience delivering integrated mental health care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a trusting environment for patients.

• Adherence to professional and ethical standards, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a variety of computer applications.
