Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals facing significant challenges due to co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. The ideal therapist will have a genuine passion for improving the mental health of patients who often encounter multifaceted obstacles while navigating their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Proven experience addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while adhering to ethical practice standards.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and computer applications relevant to telehealth practices.

• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
